A little while ago I spent half an hour discovering Apples and Bees, a small natural food store in Battersea, London. I found a few things I was familiar with – and something completely new! Here they are:
1) The wildcard: blk. water. Supposedly has lots of healthy minerals that turn the water black – no, it doesn’t stain your teeth and it doesn’t taste much different than regular water. Glad I gave it a try, but it’s not become a staple in my diet just yet (it is quite pricey, so might be ok for a splurge from time to time!).
2) Organic apple cider vinegar – planned to find some in London for ages. Great all-round household item, I use it in the evening with some warm water.

3) 100% pure tea tree oil – a miracle worked for any unwelcome pimples/acne (not sure there is such a thing as a welcomed zit…) works a treat and is a great household essential.
4) Kefir (see first photo above) – great tasting pro-biotic, I tend to go on and off the probiotic wagon as they do help with my general wellbeing, but they haven’t been life-changing for me  so far. Therefore, that week I had some. 😉
Let me know if you have any questions about any of these products, would be happy to help with my thoughts.
Have a lovely day!
Joanna
